My Story
From Corporate Leader to Leadership Coach — A Journey Sparked by Change
For over 30 years, I built a successful career leading strategic initiatives and transformations across B2B technology and industrial automation. I held 20 roles across five companies — including 22 years at Rockwell Automation — where I led global teams, drove innovation, and supported emerging leaders as they stepped into greater responsibility and impact.
From high-growth startups to global organizations, I thrived on solving complex challenges, building collaborative cultures, and helping others grow. I was proud of the work — and of the leaders I helped develop along the way.
But in 2022, everything shifted.
I was diagnosed with cancer. During one conversation, a therapist asked me a question I’ll never forget:
“What would you do differently if you had one year instead of five?”
I was stunned. That question stayed with me.
And as I moved through treatment — focused on healing and beating the odds — it sparked something I hadn’t expected: CLARITY.

By the end of 2024, I left my corporate leadership career and launched Next Spark Coaching, combining everything I had learned as a leader, mentor, and business strategist with powerful coaching methodologies — including Executive & Leadership and Transitional Intelligence (TQ) Coaching.
Today, I work with leaders and emerging leaders navigating change, growth, and big decisions — just like I did. Whether you're leading through complexity, preparing for your next role, or asking what’s next, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
